Being an Event Planner for Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company, my main responsibility is to act as a main point of contact for the event organizers and ensure all aspects of the event is carried out successfully.
Liaise with all relevant people to produce a retrievable plan that clearly identifies the sequence and duration of event activities, and the allocation of resources. Support all egress and ingress operations to the venue for all given events.
Identify the training requirements within agents. Conduct periodical audits on calls and skills. Implement and follow up on the action plan to enhance the quality of service.
Training new recruits on common issues and how to handle complex situation with ease.
Training new recruits with the relevant training modules.
Conduct activities on course of action.
Service associate for troubleshooting issues with iOS.

Ensure commitments to the customers are fulfilled with respect to the escalations on various issues.
Conduct technical training for junior agents.
