Effective management of preparation of Daily & Monthly Inventory Movement Reports & balance sheet. Handling the payable section and monitoring & reporting of collections.
• Loading trucks DD, Presale, Key Accounts & Wholesale orders.
• Depositing Sales Collection on daily basis.

• Updating all sales data in on line system.
• Receiving shipments from central warehouse.

• Assist the Field Sales Manager in the preparation of monthly sales targets.
• Set up supervisors monthly targets and ensure their achievement.
• Ensure the proper distribution of Company products in the market.
• Ensure the sales team provides regular frequency of service.
• Coordinate the functions of the Sales Supervisors.
• Ensure that proper route coverage is being affected in the market through constant market visits.
• Ensure that sales teams are implementing proper merchandising techniques concerning P.O.S materials, cooler, displays, etc.
• Evaluate the performance of the sales team.
• Handled all customers/consumers complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Complete any other assignments or responsibilities as defined by management on a daily or a continuing basis.
• Maintaining personal records for branch employees and coordinating with regional HR office for all employees’ issues.
• Receiving, customer queries, passing to the concern team for action, and following up.
• Handling sales promotional activities and distributing point of sales materials & promotional premiums to the sales team with updating records.
• Coordinate the functions of the Sales Supervisors.
• Entering sales data in network system.
• Generating sales analysis thru Sales Information System ( SIS )
• Preparing Load-Out / Load-In documents and updating the inventory.
• Receiving shipments from Kingdom and outside kingdom.
• Preparing Stock Inventory report on Daily Basis.
• Arrange products FIFO with safety measurement, which will reduce the damages.

• Main function is to carry out the duties in order to ensure that the Central Planning Office is keep updated on 24-hour basis, as to the status of all mobile equipment being maintained or in operation from one of the three workshops controlling some 300+ items of container handling equipment and various other associated with the movement of containers.
• In addition, entails the sourcing of spare parts information from our on-line computer system and liaising with workshop personnel in performance of their maintenance work.

• Receiving departmental product from sole distributor and keeping store stock update.
• Dispatching the product with order of local departmental stores and Star Hotels.
• Updating dispatching records.
