• Report directly to the General Manager, providing regular updates on production performance, capacity utilization, project progress, and operational challenges.
• Direct and oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, manpower deployment, equipment utilization, and execution, ensuring alignment with project requirements and business objectives.

• Lead and drive multiple projects and manufacturing activities across a broad range of fabrication processes, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
• Possess strong knowledge of manufacturing, inspection, and quality control processes, including NDE methods, audits, and compliance with established quality systems.
• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, promoting a strong safety culture and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for all production personnel.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of production issues and implement timely, sustainable solutions.
• Train, mentor, and supervise production personnel, providing technical guidance and leadership to enhance skill development, productivity, and overall team performance.
