After getting approvals preparing the offer letter & once the candidate signs the offer letter, preparing NDAs, Document requirement list.
Follow up with the hiring managers in obtaining the filled position requisition form & then will email the infrastructure requirement form for all staff ( this is prepared as of if we are giving laptops, mobile phones, SIM or dongle we include that)
Sending the Welcome email for the new joined.
on-boarding: welcomes the new joined, get filled the B card, introduce them for the company, introduce them about the company, providing their laptops, SIM or dongle, Direct them to their supervisors.
