At M/S D. S. Enterprises Builders & Contractors, I served as a Mechanical Site Engineer, overseeing the coordination and execution of HVAC & MEP systems for the Cherry Country project in Greater Noida. This project, located in GH-5B, Tech Zone-4, involved the development of a residential complex with a focus on modern amenities and sustainability. In this role, I played a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of various components, from design to on-site implementation. By establishing quality control standards and fostering effective communication with civil contractors, I contributed to the timely completion of the project while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. My hands-on experience in project management and site supervision proved instrumental in maintaining project schedules and facilitating smooth workflow dynamics.

During my tenure at Larsen & Toubro Limited, I served as an HVAC Supervisor, overseeing the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of production activities for tube mill components. My role involved meticulous coordination with skilled manpower to manufacture and commission tube mills for clients, including Reliance Petroleum. By ensuring adherence to project requirements and quality standards, I contributed to the successful delivery of projects within established timelines. My proactive approach to planning and execution facilitated efficient resource utilization and client satisfaction.

During my tenure at Vikas Machine Tools, I held the position of Production Engineer - Mechanical. My responsibilities included creating Project Handover Sheets (PHS) to facilitate project planning and scheduling in alignment with the manufacturing process. I meticulously ensured that planning schedules were adhered to, optimizing workflow efficiency and enabling timely project completion. Additionally, I monitored the performance of both workers and machines to preempt any potential delays or interruptions during production. Through strategic oversight and proactive management, I contributed to maintaining high productivity levels and achieving project milestones within specified timelines.
