My main job was to assist MAHARAT’s clients with Enterprise Human Resource Planning, which included preparation of Employee Development Plans, Training Catalogues and Individual Skill-based Training programs.
During my tenure, I worked as an active member of a project team that was involved in the complete redesign of the Human Resource Management department of Saudi Arabian Marketing and Refining Company (SAMAREC) that later merged with Saudi Arabian American Oil Company (ARAMCO) as the Jet Fuel Division.
With a graduating CGPA of 3.58 on a scale of 4.0, I majored in Marketing and Finance. During my MBA program, I received recommendations for outstanding performance in Finance, Marketing, and Information Systems. During my masters program, my major areas of interest included Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and development of Information Systems.
I graduated with a CGPA of 3.65 on a scale of 4.0 with majors in Marketing and a minor in Finance. As a final project, I wrote a thesis on Japanese Computer-Integrated Manufacturing (CIM).
I completed the first three years of the Industrial Management Degree with a CGPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0, with major interests in Management Information Systems.
