• Procure all the materials and equipment (commercial) required for daily tasks for Heavy Maintenance (C-check) team at HIA Technical Hangar.
• Liaise with supplier to ensure that all relevant documentation is in accordance with the government requirements as to ensure timely clearance of materials ordered.
• Get quotation from vendor for the required GSE spare parts and raise Procurement request (RFP, RFI, and RFQ) to supplier through ERP system (TRAX, Workflow, E-sourcing).
• Preparation of scope of services and detailed evaluation criteria for Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs),
• Prepare QCC (Quote Cost Comparison) by negotiating with different local supplier for the materials to raise LPO through Oracle.
• Make on time arrangements for scaffolding, cranes required for Maintenance tasks by contacting local vendor, supplier.
• Maintain effective relations with all third-party service providers so as to ensure on time deliveries.
• Follow up for the supplier and freight forwarders for the spare parts required on critical/Fast moving parts for maintenance.
• Maintain all records of serviceable and unserviceable GSE (Ground Support Equipment) and sent consolidated report to manager on daily basis.
• Handle the rental contract for scissor lift, forklift, Boom lift required for Base Maintenance.
