• Responsible for 19, 000 Sq meter Hazardous materials facility with inventory value over $ 6 Million containing Gases, Flammables liquids/solids, Oxidizers, Toxics, Corrosive and POL’s products

Warehouse/RPC (Retrograde Processing Center) Manager, Agility Logistics, DDKS, Jan (10)-Sep (10)
Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce of 100 employees to ensure set productivity targets are met;
• Established process layout/mapping for the newly starting retrograde operations (Army Serviceable Excess Material)
• Overseeing the daily progress & KPI’s of the operation to ensure all the targets have been achieved i.e. 2, 000 Receipts induction, 90 Multipacks boxes process, 30 TEU’s (Twenty Feet Equivalent Units - Container)
• Overseeing the containers transaction and on time notification to pick up the empty commercial containers and update in the IBSCMM (Integrated Booking System Container Management Module).
• Performing research on materials having improper/incomplete information, communicating with external agencies regarding incoming materials and misdirected cargo.
• Managing containers inventory and movement in accordance with their ownership and maintained ZERO Detention / Demurrage charges.
• Suggested and implemented RPC (Retrograde Processing Center) at the Depot and saved over $ 3 billion to customer by gaining inventory value on returned goods from the Army battle field.

Transshipment & Transportation Manager, Agility Logistics, DDKS, Jan (08) - Dec (09)
Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce of 55 employees to ensure set productivity targets are met;
• Established process layout/mapping for the newly starting TCSP operations (Theater Consolidation & Shipping Point & Black Jack Express (BJE) Operation)
• Developed and established new cross-docking process on all the transshipments that improved productivity, accuracy and reduced customer wait time.
• Overseeing the movement of 200+ flatbeds everyday for Inbound/Outbound
• Managed Incoming and Outgoing Transportation operation 24/7 (military equipments) to include marshalling yard; Communication with container carriers’ i.e. APL, Maersk, HLIV Flatbeds and ensured smooth working atmosphere.
• Monitor and coordinate the flatbeds schedule with 39th Transportation Battalion at Camp Arifjan
• Monitor cost and perform operations within the allocated budget.
• Develop daily schedules for deliveries and pickups that meet service and efficiency standards ensuring Customer satisfaction.
• Building Structures, Movement of transportation to Middle East and Afghanistan “Air and Ground” (US Military and commercial Runs)
• Established Land bridge mission from DDKS-Kuwait to Bahrain and diverted all the low priority and bulk cargo from Air to Ground mode of transportation and saved millions of dollars on transportation charges.

Outbound Supervisor/Manager, Agility Logistics, DDKS, Nov (04) - Dec (07)
Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce of 125 employees to ensure set productivity targets are met;
• Ensures the client requirements are met in keeping with the contractual obligations.
• Implemented & Monitored CENTCOM Route Plan and effectively Executed SSA (Support Supply Activity) / RIC (Routing Identification Code) and their connectivity to CENTCOM AOR (Area of Responsibility) Hubs and saved multi-millions of Dollars to the Government by suggesting and implementing right mode of transportation to the CENTCOM-AOR hubs
• Developed and established new cross-docking process on all the transshipments that improved productivity, accuracy and reduced customer wait time.
• Ensures Consolidation, Air pallet building & Shipping are done with efficient manner.

Vehicular Parts Warehouse Supervisor, Kellogg Brown and Roots (KBR), Kuwait, Jul (03) - Oct (04)
• Created daily reports and maintained office filing system for all shipments within the Middle East, Europe and the United States.
• Plans and motivated workforce of 200 employees to achieve customer satisfaction for the US Army by processing in time an average of 90, 000 - 100, 000 orders every month.

SARSS/AMS (US Military Software’s) Operator, Kellogg Brown and Roots (KBR), Kuwait, Jul (03) - Oct (04)
• Maintained material location using maintenance location survey and inventory of over 75, 000 line items.
• Process MRO’s and walkthrough orders.
• Research all zero balance MRO’s and unknown locations, research parts using FEDLOG and ILAP.
• Make sure all the open customer requisitions closed in the system using SARSS Program.
