• Suggesting clients and making trades on the appropriate markets research and analyses on FX commodities and stocks etc., with profit and stop loss orders.
• Managing complex relationships independently, under the overall supervision of management.
• Liaising with clients to comprehend their risk/return expectations and making use of that knowledge to construct portfolios to reach those expectations.
• Evaluating market trends and conducting analysis to help produce returns for clients.
• Developing a vast distribution network to make the product a household name.
• Managing and maintaining healthy relationships with Brokers, Corporate and Premium Clients targeting to offer exceptional service and continuously increasing turnover.

SR. BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER Feb 2014- Jan 2015

Responsibilities:
• Performing an efficient client acquisition by displaying expert trading knowledge and client assessment.
• Dealing with High Net-worth Individuals while delivering a professional trading experience and advising them on the movement of stocks.
• Coaching HNIs on how to trade in the stocks themselves.
• Liaising with Brokers, Corporate and Premium Clients to deliver the client with the best and most beneficial trade solutions.
• Developing a vast network of professional connections to be able to generate leads and drive business.
• Analyzing the market trends and fluctuations thereby adjusting the strategy to improve client returns.

MANAGER - DEALING ROOM 2004 - 2014

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for carrying out the company’s FX trading on a day-to-day basis in accordance with Central Bank FX and Anti-Money Laundering guidelines and internally set FX trading limits.
• Maintaining system designed to track potential demand for Forex tracking pertinent economic indicators (inflation, inflation rates, etc.) and their likely impact on the FX trading market.
• Managing all dealing room functions of the company to ensure adoption and compliance with the regulator standard.
• Enhancing services provided to the clients and regularly communicating company principles in developing and improving the business activities.
• Leading a team of 14 staff members (2 account opening staff, 3 back office staff and dealers).
• Monitoring and evaluating trading activity for Indices, Commodities, Brokers and predominately FX to determine volume/trends and to increase profitably and enhance services.
• Negotiating and generating commercially beneficial business for the best interests of the company and providing first-rate relationship management and direction for all existing relationships.
