Duties and Responsibilities:
* Re-measurement of the Whole project Civil, Structural & Architectural works (circa. SAR 800 Millions).
* Preparing revised Bill of Quantities.
* Cost analysis and various cost breakdowns for structural and Architectural works
* Identifying and investigating of change orders for the submission, then reviewing and negotiating them
with the Consultant engineer/Client representative.
* Reconciling interim payment valuation with the consultant/ Client QS.
* Reviewing analysis sheets provided by the procurement Department for new packages and make
comparisons in light of quantities and budget.
* Sub-Contract procurement and management.
* Integration and Liaison with the PCS Manager.
* Close Liaison with the Planning manager & Design Department
* Assisting in preparing internal project reporting.

* Check and rectify monthly interim payment for sub-contractors and suppliers
* Co-ordinate with the internal disciplines for actual site progress and consider as basis for interim
payment certificate to claim from consultant/client.
