▪ Implemented SEC Project Technical Specifications (PTS), Project Quality Plans (PQP), ITPs, Method
Statements, and checklists across substation civil and underground works.
▪ Conducted inspections for foundations, duct banks, trenches, equipment foundations, boundary walls, asphalt,
and finishing works, ensuring compliance with SEC/NG standards and consultant requirements.
▪ Supervised and monitored construction activities including reinforced concrete works, precast panel erection,
waterproofing systems, grouting, thermal insulation, painting, and steel structure baseplate installation.
▪ Reviewed and processed MIRs, WIRs, and RFIs, coordinated with SEC/consultant for timely inspections and
approvals.
▪ Witnessed and verified third-party laboratory testing (FDT, soil compaction, slump, cubes, asphalt,
waterproofing, rebar), ensuring compliance with approved vendors and specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:
▪ Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IR & MIR) for all incoming material and various construction
activities, ensuring that all necessary inspections are conducted and documented before proceeding to
the next phase of work.
▪ Check the quality of materials like cement, sand, aggregate, and steel. Concrete quality tests include cube
testing, concrete temperature, slump test etc and other checking details, including handling and storage
of material.
▪ Maintain track status and update logs of submitted IRs, MIRs, and other quality-related documents. Ensure
timely submission, approval, response and coordination with construction team to address any issues
identified during inspections.
▪ Liaise with client representatives and consultants for the approval of IRs, MIRs, and other quality-related
documents, ensuring all project requirements are met.
▪ Raising NCR (Non-Conformance Report) in case of Non-Conformity on site and following up for closing
NCR after verification of correction done.
▪ Regularly check that construction processes comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations,
identify and document non-conformances, initiate corrective actions, and monitor their implementation
to rectify deficiencies and prevent recurrence.
▪ Compile and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports, summarizing inspection results, material

 Supervising all Excavation & installation 16.3 km of GRP pipeline for the TSE network and installation

Duties and Responsibilities:
▪ Performs daily field inspections for IR & MIR and maintaining accurate records of inspections and testing
activities.
▪ Monitoring and documenting construction weekly and monthly progress report, including the installation
of materials and equipment.
▪ Conducted field and laboratory tests of soils and construction materials.
▪ Inspection of the rebars and formwork for TSE Network Chambers and their shafts.
▪ Monitor the execution of civil works performed at site and ensure the implementation of the approved
drawings and standards.

The contract for SP100 - Miscellaneous Airfield Works was a three-year contract for the
development and refurbishment of the existing Dubai International Airport infrastructure to meet
projected demands for 2020.The works undertaken included the construction of four new aircraft
stands, the upgrading of the existing stands, refurbishment of the north and south runways, as well
as improvements to the existing airport infrastructure and upgrading of existing substations.

 Responsibilities included supervision and monitoring of work, site management, inspection

the Consultant for review and approval.
 Giving day to day task to Foremen, monitored construction site progress, managing routine
and complex issues to keep tasks on track and costs within budget.
 Estimated materials, equipment and labor needed for construction activities and secured
resources needed to facilitate completion and delivery of projects.
