Key Responsibilities and Achievements:

 Overseeing the resolution of electrical design discrepancies through all areas of the project through interfacing with design department and hence facilitating timeous information for construction works.
 Manage MEP subcontractor for the complete electrical system execution in-line with the overall project scheduled program.
 Review of all project documentation including MV network 11 kV Short circuit, & Protection studies, cable selection, Lux level calculations, access routes etc.
 Review of Material submittal, Layout shop drawings, SLD’s, Interface schedules, FAT, SAT, Site Clarification request, Circuit Breaker and Cable sizing calculations, etc.
 Light Fittings and Lighting control system including material submittal, typical installation detail, sample mockup arrangement of each type of light fitting, procurement follow up with the sub-contractor and also the complete coordination with other contractor related to lighting issues.
 Fully conversant with Emergency Central Battery system and UPS system.
 Review and manage of electrical Interfaces with other systems like PMU, SCADA, ECBS, UPS, ELCS & BMS.
 Ensure the satisfactory installation, completion, testing and commissioning of Electrical & other MEP services on the project.
 Advise and assist the project team on any cost or time issues associated with the original or revised MEP design information.
 Represent ALEC for LV & Lighting Control system to consultant & client for overall Project coordination.
 Assist the project planner with MEP issues associated with the programming of the works.
 Conduct coordination meetings between sub-contractors, consultant, client and also liaise with local authorities to ensure proper coordination of Engineering works & site execution.
 Coordinate MEP design information and associated requirements with company Design Department. (Shop Drawings, Builders work, CSD drawings, etc.)
 Review and ensure ALEC responsibilities in regards to MEP works are carried out in accordance with the Head Contract requirements.
 Ensure the company entitlement to any cost or time claim in regards to MEP works are adequately recorded for administration by the commercial team.
 Contribute MEP related information to any periodic project reports produced by ALEC project team.
 Assist with planning monitoring and coordination of temporary MEP services with the FMD team.
