Dealing with customers enquiries about the availability and cost of vehicles.
•Taking bookings and explaining the terms if rental or leasing agreements.
•Completing paperwork with the customer and taking payments either cash or credit cards.
•Receive telephone calls and handle customers related issues either by direct interaction or through phone calls.
•Complete, review and submit various reports to supervisors.
•Maintain and update rental agreements files contract and notify customers of overdue rental vehicles and inquire as to the expected date of return and process rental extension.
•After return of the vehicles, the rental agreement are dispatched to head office for accounting purpose.
•Daily sales report are attached with the deposit slip and they are dispatched to head office by counter driver.
•All the feedback given by customers are kept in a mail box and are dispatched to customer service manager for reviewing.
•Balance money in counter drawers and retrieve amount of money collected during shift, complete deposit slip and deposit amount into bank.
•Perform related responsibilities as assigned or required.
