- Developing and delivering events program to ensure that brand presence is
maximized, and strategic objectives are met.
- Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies that will make an
impact, support the brand, and drive sales and online traffic.
- Preparing the budget and monitoring the expenses.
- Handling internal and external events (planning, budgeting, communications,
executing, payments, logistics, etc.)
- Planning and executing local and international exhibitions and conferences across
various territories of Ducab and attending them to operate and control and ensure
all event aspects are implemented in terms of branding, marketing collaterals, etc.
- Planning and conducting marketing campaigns and developing communications
materials to advertise and promote products and services to customers and
prospects.
- Producing innovative and cost-effective promotions both in print and online and
conducting promotional activities.
- Managing online Marketing (social media and website updates)
- Enhancing level of branding by developing Marketing Materials/collaterals (like
banners/posters/roll ups/catalogues) which includes working closely with in-house
(Business Development/Sales) and external agencies.
- Dealing with government entities for getting approvals “if needed”.
- Monitoring and evaluating performance through measuring ROI and writing post
show reports.
- Proofreading marketing contents in both Arabic and English languages.
- Maintaining and updating customers database.
