As the business lead on several businesses, my responsibility spreads across strategic KPI's client end, and directional aspects of the team from the agency's side. I am directly involved in strategic & financial discussions, team mentoring and support where required as well as managing clients. Strategic Consulting & communication strategy development.
Manage relationships for many of my clients with great balance between operational management and strategic development, with the ability to work collaboratively within all levels from internal management to colleagues across various disciplines. Generating progressive revenue and challenging myself with the role and set-revenue forecasts.
Responsible with a pro-active & capable 'can do' team members who report directly.
Lead, coach and motivate my team as well as deliver a positive approach to team work; and building new client business relationships.
The Task
• Lead New Business Initiatives
• Integration model with other WPP/MENACOM agencies leveraging new and existing business
• Leading and training other members of the account management team
• Maintaining and expanding business relationships with existing clients
• Overseeing all comms activities including ATL, BTL, Social & On-ground & Digital Activation, Shopper Marketing
• Overseeing brands P/L, revenue generation
Regional Role in the Middle East. Reporting directly to the MD.
Responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies across categories that include, Automotive, FMCG, Aviation, Speciality Products etc. Leading a team of 5 - 6 people as a group.
Responsible for leading several new business opportunities for the agency.
Managed the entire group marketing for Emirates Neon Group for its various companies which include media, outdoor, publication, fabrication and speciality industries.
Reporting into the CEO directly the role was regional across all the ENG network offices.
