•Co-ordinate with Government agencies to fulfill statutory requirements.
•Maintenance of infrastructure and facilities, purchase of spares and consumables.
•Control of documents and records for audits, AMC Contracts for critical machines.
•Development of indigenous parts for imported machines for production purpose.
E&C, Maintenance & repairing of container-handling equipment like Quay Cranes, RMGC, RTGC, and Mobile Harbor Cranes for efficient port operation.
•Preventive maintenance as per schedules
Supervising of full-fledged workshop containing 5cnc m/c (2 Kirloskar VMC 345s CNC Milling m/c, one Kitamura 5axes CNC Milling m/c, 3 Kirloskar CNC Turning machines).
•Tooling, Inventory, and Allocations of workforce for productive work.
•Allocation of machineries for efficient productivity.
