Job Responsibilities:
•Leading and executing research projects with varying degrees of complexity across KMC e.g. working with consultants on their BD pitches, talent acquisition, researching on H&S business opportunities etc.
•Identification of appropriate talent through extensive primary and secondary research as per the vacancy and consultant’s request. We identify the executives at all levels (C-level to Managers including CXO, EVP, SVP, VP, Directors etc) depending on target candidates.
•Responsible for Sourcing, screening, Selection and generation of candidates for all openings
•Comfortable using the following resources: Capital IQ, Factiva, Hoovers, OneSource, Reuters, Nexis, etc

• B to B process - Dotcom Selling (Products dealt with - Naukri.com & NaukriGulf.com)
• Direct interaction with International Clients.
• Target based business development from generating and contacting leads in the HR Department in the Gulf market, to making prospects clients, generating revenue and after Sales Service(s).
• Understanding the recruitment needs of companies/ organizations/ consultants, briefing them about the services available on Naukri.com/NaukriGulf.com and proposing suitable hiring solutions.
• Generation of business proposals and sale of the appropriate product for recruitments.
• Achieving the assigned sale target and client-build up target International Sales and Business Development.
