Communicate with freelancers and other companies to sub-contract projects
Participate in the preparation of the Ministry’s Corporate Strategic and
operational plans.
Monitor, assess and audit the implementation of the Corporate Strategic and
operational plans.
Prepare detailed project and work plans for the Corporate’s initiatives and
projects.
Conduct strategy and performance management awareness & training
workshops for the staff.
Prepare Mohammed bin Rashed Award 2013 Submission document for the
Ministry.
Participate in ISO 31000 - Risk Management certification process by providing all
required documentations and evidences.
Ensure that Ministry departments’ KPIs are achieved as set annually in the
Strategic Plan.
