 Lead initiative for company adherence to best practice recruitment procedures.
 Participate in the developments of goals, objectives policies and procedures for Recruitment Department
 Plan and direct a comprehensive recruitment service to other departments in accordance to the company policies and UAE rules and laws.
 Contribute to the development and execution of a competency based performance management system, in particular when selection potential staff and developing position description.
 Oversee preparation and administration of annual departmental recruitment budget.
 Manage, execute and develop recruitment services and procedures.
 Work with educational providers to recruit high school students and University graduates with skills necessary to support long-term workforce requirement.
 Constantly analysis the effectiveness of recruitment techniques and make recommendations regarding changes including improvements and/or changes to existing policies, procedures and process.
 Assist in the wage of the salary program to include recommendations for changes in position titles and salary ranges in particular for local Market.
