Prospect clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
▪ Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
▪ Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
▪ Maintain regular contact with Developers, landlords, investors, tenants, and owners to find new
opportunities and assess existing ones.
▪ Achieve sales targets set by the company.
Performing all administrative duties associated with the Collections Department.
▪ Review if there are any pending credits to be cleared by the credit officer.
▪ Payment arrangements on past owing receivables.
▪ Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow
up to ensure resolution.
▪ Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
