1. Taking a lead in campaign and advocacy coordination, production and implementation.
2. Assist media and communications unit in developing communications material i.e. Case Studies, Brochures, Audio/Video and photo essays.
3. Coordination with external partners in humanitarian framework i.e. Government, INGOs, NGOs, Media & Civil Society
4. Event Management - coordinating workshops, training e.t.c.
Content Development:
a) Prepare or edit organizational publications for internal and external audiences such as Decision Makers in Humanitarian Partners, Donors, Government, and Community. Publications include employee newsletters, FAQs, Service Directory (Yellow-Pages of Organizations), Print ads, Radio Messages, etc. as required by National Communications Specialist
b) Plan and direct development and communication of informational programs to maintain favourable public and stockholder perceptions of an organization's accomplishments and agenda.
c) Consult with advertising agencies or staff to arrange promotional campaigns in all types of media for products (Radio PSAs, FAQs, and Lectures etc), organizations, or individuals.
Media Planning:
a) Respond to requests for information from the media or designate another appropriate spokesperson or information source.
b) Confer with other Area Coordinators to identify trends and key group interests and concerns or to provide advice on resource allocation decisions.
Public Relations:
a) Establish and maintain working relationships with representatives of all media at provincial level Humanitarian Partners, community, employees, and Government.
b) Arrange public appearances, lectures or exhibits for community or Humanitarian Partners to increase awareness on the respective Topics.

Drafting the reports, assignments, and presentations, and presenting the assignments at the end of each task
