Roles & Responsibilities
• Execute projects related to Sales enablement programs which are initiated by GSEC.
• Take a leadership role with the bid team, accountable for resourcing and coordination.
• Support the Sales Lead and Solution Executive to define the Sales strategy, win themes and value proposition.
• Drive the bid team to meet the Internal and external milestones, while meeting 100% compliance to Bid Process.
• Maximum use of organisation’s human, technical and intellectual assets which can bring together the optimal solution, client engagement and final proposal.
• Keep internal stakeholders informed about the status and risk factors of the deal and keep them engaged till Bid Success.
• Bring in knowledge related to Pricing and Competition from Past Bids for benchmarking and thus improving the Competitiveness of the proposed solution.
• Plan and Control Bid Budgets from Time cost and Expenses perspective.

Achievements
• Project Leader for developing and implementing a Unit Price Bench-marking Tool for Remote Infrastructure Management Services.
• Managed high value Bids of Europe and North American regions and maintained high success rates.
• Successfully managed Bids from Pearson, ExxonMobil, Volvo IT, Stora Enso, SOK, Statoil, Nokia, PostNord etc.
• As a Bid Manager, instrumental in winning deals from Statoil, ExxonMobil, Canon, IKEA, Danfoss etc.
• Acquired skills to Challenge Solution and Delivery folks on proposed solution and Pricing related to Remote Infrastructure Management Services.
• Supported Bids to arrive at Unit Pricing, at the same time analyzing commercial risk and mitigating them.
• Contributed extensively to the Pricing and contracting strategies of Bids Managed.
• Used my Client interfacing skills to organize Site visits for large international Clients.
