• Responsible for the procurement and sub-contracting activities for projects from preliminaries to all the categories like furniture, construction, architectural items, sanitary ware, MEP materials etc.
• Managed a team of purchasing agents, storekeepers and logistics expeditors and dealt with procurement storage and distribution of goods as per the company requirement.
• Work closely with project team & consultants for Material submissions, subcontractor prequalification & approvals, Method of statement review and approval, 3rd party certifications.
• Liaise and communicate with management, internal departments and vendors enabling achievement of business objectives.
Responsibilities:

• Managed a team of purchasing agents, storekeepers and logistics expeditors and dealt with procurement storage and distribution of goods as per the company requirement.
• Developed and implemented strategies and plans for ensuring on time and within budget availability of all goods and services.
• Work closely with project team & consultants for Material submissions, subcontractor prequalification & approvals, Method of statement review and approval, 3rd party certifications.
• Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goals including shipping function & Inventory management.
• As per the INCOTERMS plan and arrange logistics required shipments.
• Liaise and communicate with management, internal departments and vendors enabling achievement of business objectives.
• Issuing purchase orders (local & International) and planning and executing delivery and shipment as per the operational needs.
• Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goals including shipping function & Inventory management.
• As per the INCOTERMS plan and arrange logistics required shipments.
• Maintained records related to all shipments and prepare reports highlighting delays for the action by purchase department.
• Ensure to process orders and on time delivery by network of courier/forwarding companies and warehouses.
Bachelor Degree in Commerce
