• Managing a multidisciplinary team of Supervisors, Inspectors and executing quality management system at project site.
• Manage and monitor daily inspection activities on projects and advice improvements.
• Successful in completing handover procedure for seven projects.
• Active involvement in producing commissioning documents and conducting projects commissioning activity for Electrical, Mechanical systems.
• Arranging for O&M manuals & Conduct Client Training for systems handover.
• Liaised with the Corporate Projects Quality Manager in order to maintain the ISO 9001 registration, Auditing and ensured the relevant reporting.

• Activity involved in monitoring the performance of project and sub Contractors in respect of progress and deliverables associated with the agreed Program.
• Conducting internal Quality Auditing in compliance with corporate audit program and preparing reports with recommendation, assess areas of improvement.
• Revise procedure clauses in order to improve quality as a result of client feedback and lesson learned events.
• Develop maintenance plan and schedule during project maintenance period
QA/QC Manager (MEP), 2008‐2010 (Voltas Ltd, Abu Dhabi) -
Team of 15 Inspectors.
Set up complete qaqc documents for each new project at site including revise Quality plan, develop Method statement for installation and testing works.
Achievement including:
1-Reduced rate of work inspection rejections and NCRs, Reduce rate of Customer complains.
2-Review Material & Drawings with Project 3-Technician team and Consultant for achieving coordination.
4-Monitor Site Progress and follow-up KPI records, Corrective actions, close-out reports.
5-Conduct site visit and inspection of work progress and advise project team on implementation of standards and specifications
6-Project area wise timely handing over.
7-Implement training and classes for Client operators to familiarize the system / equipment functionality.
8-Verification for defects against warranty and claims from Client.
Projects Handled-
1-Central Market (WTC )‐T2, T3 towers, (2010), Abu Dhabi, UAE
Project work include MEP services for Commercial Tower(60 floors), and Residential Towers(90 floors) at World Trade Center . Responsibilities included develop QA Documents and procedures including quality plan, review of material submittal, method statements, ITPs for the project works.
2-Formula‐1 K race track Yas Island, (2008‐2010), Abu Dhabi, U.A.E-
The project area 161, 9000 sqM, with 38 Buildings including 10 major seating building and other utilities with 18 Villas with services for HVAC, BMS and Plumbing systems.
Responsibilities included QA Documents and procedures including quality plan, review of material submittal, method statements, ITPs for the project works.complete QA/QC department handling with 16 subordinates.

Team of 6 inspectors.
