•Provide technical support to end users on PBX / Nokia/ Blackberry systems.
•Provision new extensions on Asterisk.
•Blackberry Enterprise services configuration.
•Coordination with vendors for repair and return.
•Documentation and inventory management of all telecom products.
Responsibilities:
Working to Service Levels to meet the exacting standards expected by the Enterprise customers.
Provisioning new customer circuits and re-routing in case of failures.
Supporting operational documentation adherence and feedback for improvement suggestions.
Coordinating with service providers for fault resolution.
Liaising with other service providers for trouble shooting Voice, Internet and Private Leased circuits.
Maintain inventory of equipment and parts as well as documentation of vendor activities
Performing day-to-day incident and service request management processes.
Coordinating with Technical support teams (Alcatel, Huawei and Tyco) whenever necessary. Maintaining inventory of equipment and parts as well as documentation of vendor activities. Intimating the clients on the planned activities and following change management procedures.
Monthly and Quarterly preparation of Outage and Fault Analysis reports.
Preparation and presentation of quarterly reports of total network equipage and Usage analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Follow Structured Cabling System standards and Industry standards to ensure project deployment quality are delivered with standard compliance.
• Quality check of the Commissioning & Integration works.
• Interact internally with other departments/engineers to ensure proper implementation of project is maintained..
• Hand over FTTH ISP/OSP cabling systems to the operations department internally.
• Prepare necessary daily technical reports that reflect project progress, update and related issues to the line manager.
