• Working as a Quality Control and laboratory technician in food manufacturing company, experience in Dairy products, Beverage products, Ice cream products, Bakery products which includes Physical, Chemical, Organoleptical and Microbiological analysis of all products from the initial stage to final product.
• Driving the change for improving the food safety awareness in the plant according to GMP (Good manufacturing practice).
• Following up control process of Hazard assessment for HACCP (Hazardous Analytical Critical Control Point) and following FIFO (First in First Out) procedures.
• Carrying out the pre determined range of Chemical, Physical, Microbiological and Organoleptical test required to monitor the Quality parameter from the Raw material to the finished product.
• Checking the raw materials received for its shelf life and its maintenance in the dry stores, chiller room and freezer.
• Ensuring that the packing material keeps up with the product standards.
• Documentation of analytical results as per QMS (Quality Management System).
