Preparation of project progress reports on monthly, weekly & daily basis to the management, consultant and client.
Meet with teams to provide regular progress updates in accordance with the Client's Controls Procedures.
Provide regular updates to the Senior Planning Engineer (s), regarding any scheduling issues / concerns.
Perform project progress monitoring duties including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts with progress achieved to date.
Updating actual start, actual finish & number of manpower per activity area in the program schedule.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
Lead the site team in the execution of the job / activities assigned to them on a daily basis, ensuring its completion within the defined timeline.
- Ensure that the team completes the job / activity within the defined schedule / timeline.
- Attend project meetings and provide status of the jobs / activities; communicate any issues found for management’s timely information and action.
- Ensure approved materials are used by Subcontractors and timely communicate to Site Engineer / Project Engineer.
- Timely communication and follow-up with Site Engineer / Project Manager for requirements and smooth operation of site.
- Oversee the team’s compliance to the HSE standards and policies in order to minimize and prevent loss or damage of Company / Customer properties, assets or life.
- Check and monitor the assigned employee’s compliance in wearing the Personal Protective Equipment respective to the area and activity.
- Timely highlight the obstacles with the Site Engineers / Project Managers while executing as per drawings
- Conduct checking of tools, items fixed prior ro proceed further with works such as scaffolding fixing, steel form works prior to concrete, etc.
- Recommend innovative ideas to execute works on cost effective manner being with prescribed specification and agreement.
•Provide technical engineering information and interpretation of plans, detail sheets and specifications for contractors.
• Continually find solutions to conflicts and Coordinate these solutions with the various sub-trades.
•Report accurate quantities for labour cost reports, accurately monitor material ledgers to determine if quantities remaining in the estimate are sufficient to complete the project in the field.
•As a member of the Project Site in charge perform layout work competently, accurately and efficiently.
•Review shop drawings for conformance with the contract and ensure information is communicated to Foreman and Superintendent
• Handling all documentation between Head office & Sub-contractors.
