•Private Banking for Bank of Saudi Fransi: It is a customized Dynamic CRM solution to capture private banking data from back end into the CRM. It implements product catalog, sales literature, integrate with back end system of bank, customer 360 view (profile, accounts, loans, cards, products, alerts, opportunities, interaction history), prospect capturing, SLAs, user delegation, reports and dashboards.
Following are list of my responsibilities in this project.
•Gathering requirements from stakeholders (business and end user).
•Analyze requirements and create functional specification (High level diagrams, Process Flow diagrams) and Design CRM/xRM architecture, data import architecture and transformation.
•Developed project plan and update it regularly to track project. Sharing status with all stakeholders regularly.
•Creation of WBS and goals for the team members and provide technical assistance to other team members. Implemented different plug-ins and workflows to capture different operations.
•Coordinate with infrastructure team to build servers (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD).

•ALJ.CRM: It’s a customized Dynamic CRM solution to capture marketing and services activities of Abdul Latif Jameel. The marketing team creates marketing list, running campaign, creation of opportunities, creation of new retail contracts, renewal of existing contracts and service cards. It's also integrated with Oracle finance and sale application through integrated application using BizTalk.
Following are list of my responsibilities in this project.
•Gathering requirements from different business units.
•Analyze requirements and create functional specification (High level diagrams, Process Flow diagrams). Design CRM/xRM architecture.

It allows marketing team to create marketing list, running campaign, creation of opportunities, calculating insurance by using complex business rules and quoting to customers. It also allows creation of new contracts, renewal of existing contracts, membership cards and claims for the customers. It's also integrated with Govt. services for validation and gathering of personal information. Migration of legacy data into Dynamic CRM 2016 and upgrade of Dynamic CRM 2016 on premise to 365.

•Eworx CRM: it’s a customized on-premises CRM developed to capture leads, execute campaign, defining projects, plans and resource assignments for Eworx internally. It was developed by using CRM on premise and later migrated to online CRM. It is integrated with click dimension.
•Boards and Appointments tracking system: It covers tracking of all boards, seats, vacancies, Applicants of appointment department. This system allows public to submit applications from web portal against vacancies. It also covers security/sensitivity and different reporting. Data migration of legacy system to Dynamic CRM system.
•Scheduling system: It covers tracking of case, management of events, guest lists, email to guests and logging responses from guests to governors of Florida. This system allows public to submit their invitation to Governor for some events. It also covers security/sensitivity and different reporting.
•Corresponding Tracking system: It tracks all citizen problems, logging, assignments, resolution, and response back to citizen from Executive Office of Governors, Florida. This system has multiple outlook add-ins, one monitors an email account, log and create case in CRM as soon as an email of specific pattern arrives while second one allows to create new case, associate emails to existing case through human interaction. Email and Mail Merge Templates are extensively used in this system. It also covers security/sensitivity and different reporting.
•Executive Corresponding system: It tracks all incoming and outgoing letters of Governor office. Mail Merge Templates is extensively used in this system. It also covers security/sensitivity and different reporting.
•RSVP: It’s an event management for Governor Office. It allows creation of email templates, send invitations to mail lists, tracking responses. It also covers security/sensitivity and different reporting.

It is a M2M product developed for Wyless group UK http://www.wyless.com to manage a global, secure wireless data network which makes remote and/or mobile machines and devices to communicate with each other. Wyless provides connectivity across Tier 1, Mobile Network Operators in over 120 Countries, across 400 GSM and 200 GPRS Networks. This is globally deployed N-Tier application having 1000+ clients, 3000+ users, 200000+ connections and 3000+ price plans.
My responsibilities include
•Gather requirements from client representatives (Wyless and Mobile Network Operators)

•Async Response Service: This web service is developed to send back the response of bulk operations to clients at their registered web sites pages.
•I worked lonely on these web services projects, gathered requirements from Wyles and its operators, developed the functional specification, design, and developed these services, conducted UAT, registering different clients and conducting UAT with them

•CRM: This web site is about the registration of clients whose purpose is the interaction b/w Nextbridge and its customer. All developers of a specific project can chat or ask query to a specific client and vice versa. Developer can update their Daily Status report on it, and it can be viewed by their respective clients.
