• Meet with clients to understand their needs, project goals, vision, and expectations. Discuss functional requirements, aesthetic
preferences, budget constraints, and timeline.
• Provide advice on the best use of space, design concepts, and materials. Help clients make informed decisions based on technical
expertise and project requirements.
• Address issues that arise during construction, such as design conflicts, delays, or site conditions, and recommend solutions to keep the
project on track.
• Organize and allocate space efficiently to meet functional needs, considering aspects like circulation, zoning, and environmental factors.
• Review architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and other construction details required for the project.
• Collaborate with engineers (civil, structural, MEP), landscape architects, urban planners, and other consultants to ensure all systems and
aspects of the design are well-integrated.
• Regularly visit the construction site to monitor progress and ensure that the construction is progressing as per the architectural design,
quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Provide clients with regular progress reports, including updates on construction milestones, delays, and changes to the original design.
• Ensure that the work meets the required quality standards and that contractors adhere to the approved design and specifications.
• Ensure that the construction site follows health and safety guidelines, working closely with safety officers and site managers.
• Maintain high standards of ethics, integrity, and transparency throughout the design, construction, and delivery process.
• Safeguard the clients confidential information, including business strategies, site conditions, or any proprietary details.

• Review and coordinate technical submissions including RFIs, shop drawings, reports, and other project documentation.
• Evaluate architectural tender drawings and shop drawings to verify alignment with client requirements and design intent.
• Review and approve material submittals in accordance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
• Ensure contractors follow approved drawings, specifications, and quality procedures during construction.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and project-related information, including technical data and site conditions.

• Supervise architectural and landscape finishes to ensure the best quality of work.
• Supervise hardscape work as implemented in the approved shop drawings.
• Checkarchitectural tender drawings and shop drawings for proper allocation between client requirements and proposed design drawings.
• Coordinate between MEP, Structural and Architectural drawings to ensure a complete arranged system without any interference of
works between disciplines.
• Daily site supervision to follow the progress and quality of work and check compliance of as-built drawings on site with the approved
shop drawings.
• Review of technical material submittal as per Qatar Construction Specifications and Project Specs.
• Ensure health safety requirements on site are being considered at all time from Personal Protective Equipment, safety Plan, and
clear instructions.
• Ensure proper storage of site delivered material as per manufacturers recommendation prior to installation or application of site.
• Prepare daily reports comprising defective work, safety assessment of permanent construction elements.
• Accept works based on thorough mark up of approved shop drawings based on actual field execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned by upper line of authority within the scope of his qualification.

• Managed site supervision for architectural and hardscape works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings & quality standards.
• Reviewed shop drawings, and material submittals in accordance with project specifications and Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS).
• Coordinated architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve design conflicts and ensure efficient project execution.
