miscellaneous technical submission, Commercial submission vide major tender board (MTB) such as awarding strategy and bidder
list, award recommendations, variations, long term service contract agreements and call-off contract placing and renewal, etc.
 Facilitate endorsement of Management Investment Committee (MIC) for all major projects thru review and verification of project
specific Financial/Economical Model and Presentation submission, aligning internal stakeholders within ADNOC including Finance,
Legal, Investment and CEO executive office.
 Reviewing 5 years Business Plan and ensure project portfolio supports ADNOC strategic objectives including the full development
of GAS Master Plan and Shutdown Plan (upstream/downstream full alignment).
 Reviewing Major Monthly Project Progress reports (VAP & PMC), highlights any area of concerns and address the necessary
corrective actions directly with ADNOC Onshore & Al Dhafra Petroleum management, follow-up actions and report/escalate to
ADNOC management as necessary.
