for Qatar Shipping Head Office and Global 19 Shipping Vessels and brachoffices.

- Manage International System Engineers for comprehensive Shipping application suite for the following 4
applications:

o Commercial Management (Norwegian System Engineers),
o Technical Management (Indian/ Norwegian System Engineers)
o Financial Application (Managed local Application consultants)
o Port Calls (Managed a team of American System Engineers).

- Guide a diverse international team in completing premier setup of Qatar Shipping network infrastructure at
each of our vessels along with ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Effectively facilitate conflict resolutions at Senior Executive, Managerial and Staff levels.
- Formulate Comprehensive Training programs for Staff.
- Coach and mentor staff in terms of achieving their career goals. Effectively monitored staff career progress
on a Quarterly basis to ensure progress is in alignment with formulated and agreed upon goals.
- Responsible for re-engineering entire Qatar Shipping IT department.
- Developed Information Security and Backup Restoration Procedures along with liaising with Global “Big 4”
External Auditors.
- Imparted and facilitated training sessions to a user base of over 550 Key Users comprising of Ship Captains,
Chief Engineers, Chief Officers, all Engineering levels, and Staff.
- Converged Qatar Shipping Infrastructure into Cloud Computing.
- Managed to keep the cost low for Infrastructure and Communication on the vessels with maximum
Productivity.
