All data related to Inventory, Sales & Finance comes into JDE through inbound interface process.
During interface it gets loaded into staging files for validation & summarization & then it gets loaded into E1 to minimize interface errors related to data. Once it gets loaded into E1 all other processes happen in E1 like Sales Update, Voucher Match etc.
Responsibilities:-
•Monitor interface to check for error batch.
•Batches in error resolved based on error:-
- If it is related to outside set up inform user & ask for necessary set up, then ask interface team to refresh data.
-If it is related to interface issue inform interface team to resolve it.
•Issue gets reported analyze the same & provide solution
•Prepare user manuals for new processes to train users.
•Provide on call support whenever required.
•Prepare weekly status report & send it to client.
•For new developments understand the requirement, prepare functional design document & get the development done with the help of Technical Team.
•Test the new developments for various scenarios, get user acceptance & deploy it in live environment.
•For any turn backs do RRCA & document it.
