Responsibilities for this position are:
-Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

-Developtraining materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
-Createa compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date.
-Investigateemployee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
-Ensurethe organization's compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
-Useperformance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team.
-Ensureall company HR policies are applied consistently.
-Maintaincompany organization charts and employee directory
-Partnerwith management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
-MaintainHR systems and processes
-Conductperformance and salary reviews
-Providesupport and guidance to HR staff
-Analyzetrends in compensation and benefits
-Designand implement employee retention strategies
-Trainingbusiness development staff.
-Settinggoals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
-Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
-Researchingprospective accounts in target markets
-Pursuingleads and moving them through the sales cycle
-Developingquotes and proposals for prospective clients
-Settinggoals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
