The general work description of Instructor position is to plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential for Human resource management studies.
Develop instructional material. Coordinate, write and edit educational content for Human Resource Management Diploma and all related Courses.
Evaluate and assess learning objectives
• Administers the creation of the Human Resources Department for the start-up company.

- Responsible for all activities related to recruitment including job profiling, candidate search, initial screening, short listing, interviewing, final assessment in coordination with requesting departments, then finally salary and package recommendation
Performance appraisal, including active involvement in policy setting, implementation and follow up for all AUC employees
Responsible for all HR policies and procedures operations as regards hiring, terminations and resignations
Responsible in a variety of HR activities related initiatives as for example job descriptions updating and HR Awards
Responsible for all AUC complaints, including investigations, recommendations reports.

Monitor & evaluate the dissemination phase of delivered training activities.
Develop a final report on each of the training activities that covers all information related to instructors, registration and attendance of students, course evaluation of instructors to participants in addition to a financial part stating the balance of the course
