Lead the creation of recruiting & interviewing plan for each position.
 Ensure recruitment planning and delivery meets the organizations

Biometric, access card, Employee handbook and lensuring a smooth induction

referrals.
 Research and timely update of company policies & procedures & Org. Chart
 Preparing reports and presentations on HR Metrics & Statistical reports
including Hiring Report, Manpower report, Employee Turnover Report etc in
order to ensure the compliance of company KPI’s.
