Lead the creation of recruiting & interviewing plan for each position.
Ensure recruitment planning and delivery meets the organizations
Workforce requirements.
Strong track record in recruiting (Local & Overseas) talent through various
sources.
Ensure all new employees are provided with all documentation, registering
Biometric, access card, Employee handbook and lensuring a smooth induction
process.
Coordinating with the Training department to ensure the date of
commencement of training for the new hire.
Ensuring all employee files are up to date and ensure confidentiality of employee
information is maintained well.
Liaise with department manager in Developing Job description for New
Positions.
Identify most effective and cost efficient method of recruitment for all positions.
Follow up on Probation and performance appraisal for all the staffs.
Responsible for informing concerned departments for turnovers. Ensure exit
interviews conducted with all the leavers and provide analysis on the reason of
exit.
Reconciliation and coordination of attendance & monthly payroll through ERP
system and assist in preparing competitive salary information.
To follow up and facilitate the payment of Training Incentive and employee
referrals.
Research and timely update of company policies & procedures & Org. Chart
Preparing reports and presentations on HR Metrics & Statistical reports
including Hiring Report, Manpower report, Employee Turnover Report etc in
order to ensure the compliance of company KPI’s.
Assist in implementing strategic human resources policies.
• Assist in employee hiring procedures
• Dealing with redundancies, gross Misconduct, Maternity leave issues.
• Obtain required approvals from Top management regarding all HR procedures
• Organizing and arranging interviews for candidates
• Provided logistic support and coordination for the delivery of employee engagement,

Recruitment / sourcing:
•Understanding the job requirement, source and select the best consultants, get the feedback, schedule the interview.
• Maintaining and updating Database
• Get the right profiles matching the requirements in the given time.
• Follow up the candidates on acceptance of joining dates
• Taking the Feedback from the clients and maintain the qualitative process
Implementing the HR policies, Standard Operating procedures for HR
operations and development.
Evaluating and facilitating continuous improvement of the individuals
against clearly Defined preset goals and targets.
Effective resolution of grievances / query’s raised within 24 hours and effective
implementation of policies and procedures from time to time and updating
employee status in people soft.
Maintaining employee master, organization information, training information, pay
structure information and bank details of employees in people soft, Pay elements
configuration.
Calculations of bonus, pay adjustment, pay arrears, taxes configuration,
overtime payment, leave encashment & final pay
Taking care of ER activity for 1500 employees & SPOC for all HR related
issues in that process, Maintaining headcount and roster reports .
Arranging induction/ on boarding activities for all new recruits and giving
them a new landing experience.
Processing payroll. Handling statutory compliance like PF & ESI.
Extending administrative support including drafting warning letters,
address proof & other letters Career progression (confirmations, appraisals
& promotions) participating in the IJP process and generating revision letters
for all movements
Attrition and Absenteeism management and control, HR MIS - Maintain
employee database and other HR report, employee Separation - Exit
interviews, F&F preparation & tracking absconders
