• Participate in strategic sourcing process, (e.g. RFI/RFQ/RFP), bid evaluation, supplier selection by using the category management methods.
• Drafting and executing contracts and contract amendments, interpreting contractual clauses, and managing contractual disputes, including corrective action in collaboration with legal.
• Monitor and supervise the performance of the contracts and systematically evaluated their extension periods.

• Attain year-on-year savings targets of different category initiatives, ensure local adherence to saving methodology.
• Performed pre-award, market research, developing acquisition strategies and plans for acquisitions; solicitations; evaluations; negotiating price/cost, terms and conditions; performing post award actions that include delivery/task orders against established contracts; post-award procurement actions; and contract administration.
• Managing and optimizing supplier performance, and reduction in total cost of ownership. Negotiations planning and execution with suppliers on costs, commercial and contractual terms.
• Facilitate meetings and conferences with prospective contractors, determining requirements for contract action.
• Supported IT and e-Commerce business as liaison for the internal client and supplier for contract negotiations of software and services to support the client's business.
• Designed and lead key strategies to reduce costs for required software and services, to best serve the client's needs.
