• Application support: join the implementation/planning of applications deployed by HQ, and do maintenance, training, documenting and end-user support afterwards.
• Configuring & Managing VMWare VSphere.
• Configuring & Managing various types of NAS drives for data backup.
• Desktop-support: including operating-system installation and configuration; general technical support for MS-Office suite or other user-application
• Managing security center centralized server
• Printer/Fax usage support.
• Network: configuration and trouble-shooting at cable/switch/firewall/router.
• Configuring and managing Cisco/Siemens IP Telephone.
• Server maintenance: DC, DNS, Anti-Virus, OA, Backup, Documentary and other server’s trouble-shooting.
• Coordinate Saudi local external IT resources to serve SSSA’s main business, including hardware/software/service providers.
