Reliability Engineer- Static Equipments & Piping
Performing core Reliability Engineering department functions like asset performance monitoring, asset life cycle management, Quantitative or Qualitative Risk analysis, Lead or participate complex RCA’s, Resource Development, Strategic planning and Forecasting. Inspection Engineer \[Fertilizer Plants- Ammonia & Urea\]
Develop online and offline inspection strategies for the static equipments & piping in Ammonia & Urea plants and perform periodic inspection based on the time based or RBI based PM plan. Provide technical support to projects, failure investigations, and root causes analysis. Development of technical procedures for repair, re-rate and alteration of static equipments and piping.
• Successfully completed Urea Granulator Ammonia Abatement (UGAA) Project and commissioned Ammonium Sulphate Crystallization Plant with a role as QA Commissioning Lead.
• Successfully fabricated and commissioned HP Carbamate condenser with a role as Inspection lead.
• Meridium APM software was implemented and was an active member of the project implementation team.
• Nominated as QMS/HSE & OHSAS Champion for Inspection Department.
Executive Engineering & Inspection
Provide engineering support for design, repair, and alterations of Static equipment and piping. Assure compliance to provincial and federal regulatory requirements covering pressure equipment including new construction, repairs, turnarounds and maintenance. Conduct training and awareness sessions.
• Successful completion of fabrication, erection and commissioning of Cooling Tower return header modification project with a role as Project QA Engineer.
QA/QC Engineer (Fuel Reprocessing Plant Project)
Project quality assurance and quality control of fabrication & erection of static equipments & piping of Demonstration Fuel Reprocessing Plant. Perform stage inspection based on the inspection test plan. Perform welding procedure and welder qualification.
