Responsible for technical documentation and review, material selection, procurement support, material expedition, vendor review, OEM coordination, resource Planning, construction supervision, Installation, Inspection, Pre-Commissioning, Trouble shooting and Commissioning support, Quality assurance, progress/performance analysis and Conflict and interface management Managed engineering changes collaboratively, took decisions, and solved technical and management issues. Relocated and Commissioned De-salter from ADRD refinery to Ruwais refinery, ADNOC, UAE.

Accomplished, the up gradation and installation of Villas and high-rise buildings project in Kerala, India.
1. Provide safety leadership to construction supervisors and engineers as well as the EPC Contractor employees.
2. Coordinate with Construction Managers / Superintendents and EPC Contractors for interface management
3. Site Observations and Follow ups.
4. Coordinate with site stakeholders to facilitate execution in the designated area and specific scope of work.
5. Proactively work with all parties to enable project safety, quality and schedule objectives are achieved.
6. Monitor EPC contractor’s construction documents, and construction plans, equipment, and labor resources.
7. Assist in the site engineering process so the EPC Contractors get adequate and accurate resolutions to site queries.
8. Monitor and report on EPC Contractors QA/QC testing and compliance.
9. Monitor EPC Contractors construction activities and schedules and identify areas of concern, mitigation and / or opportunities. Monitor and report on EPC Contractors QA/QC testing and compliance.
10. Provide leadership for the weekly EPC coordination meeting for area of responsibility.
11. Provide leadership in MC walk downs prior to the pre- commissioning/ commissioning activities.
12. As a team attend PSSR walk downs prior to Commissioning (Start Up) and catch up the potential hazards.
13. Review and validation of MC /ITR /FAT/SAT/PSSR punch lists, quantity measurement sheets/Mile markers, MC Books.
14. Assist project management team by reporting on EPC Contractors activities which may have an effect on any delays, abortive work or potential claims.
15. Become fully versed with the Electrical construction drawings and specifications.
1. Assisting the preparation of Project execution plan, Quality Plan and safety Plan etc.
2. Preparation of E&I project schedules, planning and execution of E&I works.
3. Confirm all the resources based on the approved schedule baseline and Resource forecasting.
4. Planning, coordination, control, and efficient utilization of the required resources for all site activities.
5. Become fully versed with the Electrical construction drawings and specifications.
6. Preparation and submission of Project documents.
7. Preparation of Technical query and its follow ups.
8. Materials take off, preparation material purchase order and follow-up material deliveries.
9. Site Supervision, review of inspection test plan, E&I drawings and approved construction drawings, prior to erection
10. Installation of HV, LV switchgears, Transformers, Bus ducts, UPSs, Earth /Grounding Systems, Lighting and small Power System, ENMC, IMCS, EICS, Fiber optic, Network system, IPS system, F&G system cabinets, Operator consoles
11. HV/LV, Control & Instrument cables Laying, Gland and Termination.
12. Installation of Cable Trays, Junction Boxes, Underground Sleeves, Conduits (UPVC, GI, Ridged)
13. Overall each and all works related Electrical & Instrumentation with arranging materials and maintain quality of work with manpower control and coordination with client and QA/QC making Inspection of jobs and clearing all punch list.
14. Identify Manpower requirements
15. Familiar with the norms for the work and push the team to achieve them
16. Proper documentation and reporting to the construction Manager that anything prevents the team from achieving these norms
17. Produce the two week look ahead in agreement with the Construction Manager
18. Review and manage the development of JSA and Risk Assessment procedures and supervise their Implementation
19. Deputize for the Construction Manager in his absence.
20. Manage and motivate the team and set performance targets
21. Participate in accident and incident investigations
22. Use mock ups for Skill Training
23. Conduct bi-weekly walk down to ensuring the specified procedures, standards, Fire & Safety Regulations are followed.
24. Assist and Coordinate the pre commissioning/Commissioning and start- up activities.
25. Monitoring, progress certifications, formal reporting and documentation including quality control of the execution of the work in accordance with the procedures and requirements.
26. Reconciliation of all mark-up drawings needed for As-built drawing generation.
