• Brand Activation: Implementing key brand sales plans on-ground. • Supply chain responsibilities: Forecasting sales volume of vaio and secondary
logistics
management.
• Infrastructure responsibility: Implementing world-class front-end execution
practices in the market.
• Customer service responsibilities: Resolving quality issues in field; managing
retailers network & their profitability.
• Training & development: Responsible for training & upgrading skill sets of 15
Promoters and other 3rd Party(Retailer) Sales staffs.
• Training: Responsible for the product and Technical knowledge of all the staffs and
colleague through the regular monthly trainings & Market visits.
• Competitor Updates: To keep track of all competition in terms of their Products,
sales, activities and Promotions and escalating the same to the higher management.
