Ensure all C&I interfaces are identified and designed in accordance with other discipline requirements.

Inspection of all C&I and Electrical activities of construction and testing works to verify their compliance to construction drawings, project specs and contract documents with regard to quality
Participate in quality audits and assessments of C&I/Electrical works as directed by the Site Quality Manager
Witness and Observe Contractor inspection activities relevant to C&I/Electrical construction and testing works at site as required by Inspection & Test Plans to verify product conformity and compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, codes & standards and project contract documents
Salient responsibilities among others for pre-commissioning, Ccommissioning, installation of Gas Turbine, compressors, MV / LV Switchgears, AC/DC UPS, Battery banks, HV, MV, LV Cables laying, Switchgears, EX2100 Excitation System, PEECC, substation, DCS control system & Other related electrical equipments.
JOB PROFILE
Co-ordination of the interface between the EPCC Contractor, Client, supervision team, vendors and the project team
supervise pre-commissioning, testing and integrated commissioning activities of fields’ instrumentation, metering, DCS & Mark Vie control system.
All construction checks are witnessed and complete accordingly & timely.
Supervise and clear Commissioning related punch lists/outstanding works.
Where applicable ensure that commissioning is carried out as described under commissioning procedures/manual/acceptance criteria as well as commission and facilities handover procedures.
To support maintenance to ensure asset continue to do what its users want it to do in its operating context
Familiar with wide range of instruments and its functionality and able to perform functional test.
Familiar with DCS and PLC-based control systems, electronic and pneumatic instrumentation and control system i.e., compressors, pumps, generators, heat exchangers, heaters, switchgear and motor control valves.
Working in assistance with GE technical advisors for commissioning, loop testing, functional testing of SPEEDTRONIC™ Mark VI turbine control System.
Erection, Installation and panel termination of monitoring and controlling instrumentations of GT(MS9001FA) auxiliaries such as:

• Liquid Fuel Heating System

• Cooling and Sealing Air System
• Water Injection System
• Air Inlet Filter House System

Installation of Field Instrumentations of Prosonic T-Quick setup Endress+Hauser (KA290F/00/A2/12.09), SITRANS MAG 3100 Electronic Flow meter, Rosemount (3051) In-Line Pressure Transmitters, Pneumatic Actuators, Solenoid Valves, RTDs, Vaisala HMT330 Temperature and Humidity Transmitters, vibration detectors, speed magnetic pickups, Ultra Violet Flame detectors and Thermocouples (K, J, T, E type).
