 Prepared and coordinated the implementation of production schedule of exotic vegetable, fruit crops like strawberry for the Export market in hydroponics and field.
 Procurement of exotic vegetable seeds from Holland and United Kingdom and planting Miazaki mango, strawberry, blueberry initaited the sowing of exotic vegetable seeds in Nursery.
 Developed a team of supervisors with allocation of crops and boosted the morale and work spirit of the workers by exposing them to hi tech trainning on cultivation practices of exotic vegetable and explored simple innovative ways to curtail the time of the daily farm operations increasing farm worker efficiency and cutting cost of production. Organised meeting with overseas clients to negotiate contract and sales of farm products.
 Executed the monitoring of daily farm operations and growth of vegetable crops, strawberry and blue berry and organized weekly meetings with farm staff and supervisors to keep update on the progress of work and discuss operational issues with solutions.

 Improvised high tech cultivation with scientific techniques on the production of crops like bell pepper, tomato, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, eggplant, beans, corns, micro greens, strawberry, mango, banana, citrus, melons, blueberry and cut flowers in green house, open field and hydroponics that spike 40 percent increase in production and 15 % sales.
 Introduced innovative methods in the farm operations with mechanization cutting down cost of production to 20 %.
 Making the farm budget, production and harvest cycles of vegetable and fruits that led to efficient use of resources and timely delivery of goods to customer with hike in 20 % profits.
 Adopted creative ideas in operations like fertigation, spray schedule, planting, harvest, grading and packing that helped to produce quality produce with a positive impression in the market increasing sales.
 Inspired and motivated workers and supervisers by imparting advance training on cultivation practices resulting in record production of vegetable and fruits that led to efficiency by 15%

I am engaged in developing and expanding this new agriculture farm with green houses where in the first phase we have started growing and producing excellent quality strawberry for the export market. Apart from that in the second phase we are into construction of more green houses, installation of irrigation system for growing vegetable like tomato, cucumber, herbs, capsicum, leafy greens in hydroponics as well as in soil.
