Responsibilities:
Coordination with the lead consultants and the appointed sub-consultants towards preparing various types of conceptual plans and finalize the conceptual plans with management’s requirements, cost estimate of the project work, bill of quantities, tender for project work, technical bid analysis, checking of drawings prepared by the consultant, attending technical pre-bid conference with consultants & contractors.
Later coordinating and assisting the site staff in technical matters pertaining to the smooth and fast completion of the project keeping in pace for the high quality requirement of the client.

• Manage the development of the approved concept to finalize the design, outline specifications, cost plan, financial viability, and documentation programme for the project.
• Follow-up with concerned authorities, consultants, and contractors, to ensure that all NOCs and permit approvals obtained for the smooth execution of the works, and to avoid delays to the programme.
• Preparation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP), set up and manage the project teams and manage the overall delivery of the PM/CM/QS services from inception to completion and handover.

• Manage, administer, and monitor the contracts and processes, including the preparation and coordination of the procedures and documentation to facilitate practical completion of the works either on single or multiple contracts with different procurement routes.
• Manage team performance by creating performance development & employee development plans, establishment of a dynamic work environment to enhance employee potential & productivity, performance appraisals and mitigation of human constraints.

• Establish the client requirements and preferences, assess user needs and options, appointment of necessary consultants, establish the project brief including project objectives, priorities, constraints, assumptions, aspirations, and strategies.
• Manage the preparation and finalization of the project concept for Primary, Secondary & Tertiary Health Care projects in accordance with the brief including the scope, scale, character, form, function, development programme and viability of the project socially & financially.
• Facilitate the preparation of the construction and procurement documentation, confirm, and implement the procurement programme,
strategies, and procedures for effective and timeous procurement of necessary resources for the execution of the project.
