Adhere to all administrative policies and procedures relating to ticketing, issuing voucher, invoicing and updating the information on the internal tools and accounting system. 

Maintain an up-to-date database of all regular customers pertaining to their bookings, frequent traveler numbers, meal / seat preferences etc. to offer them personalized service.

Prepare Account statement by updating LPO details and ensure that all costs are correct and coordinate with Finance team to submit the statement on timely basiss.Prepare Travel Reports as and when required on excel spreadsheets. 

Receive and process client feedback on the level & quality of service offered by GLT and scope for improvement, if any
