• Responsible for the management of various Projects of Proton Electro mechanical contracting by leading team of Engineers designers & Site teams. Leading the team to progress following with strategic leadership skills & ensuring MEP Work for various Sites managed by effective work Planning & resource Scheduling.
• Managing all EPC works for various MEP Projects from Project Estimation Management following Risk Analysis & planning Risk management with Cost Control & Negotiations with various suppliers & sub Contractors to finalizing Tendering & Contracts for projects.
• Following effective project management for various MEP projects following & leading Engineering teams to manage planning, Scheduling Recourses & effectively ensure of all Submission & approvals for drawings, Materials, Calculations &Works
• Managing Procurement schedule & finalize Sub Contract & suppliers Finalization adhered to budget & delivery schedule.
• Projects top priority set & ensured in following proper QHSE, QA/QC adhered for regular Auditing.
• Managing work by Keeping track of all Inspections & approvals are followed by each discipline Teams ensuring all the Submission, work, Inspections are carried out at Sites as per schedule & approval, Raising and getting Approval for the Payment certification by Engineers for each Site & Invoicing the same from the Contractor and Client.
• Following various projects Stake holder meetings & keeping all meeting updates & outcomes are ensured met by project team.
• Supporting the technical team & engineers for technical clarification for Shop drawings or site issues. Organizing with Engineers & advise for proper log creation for All material & drawings Submission log, Material Requisition log, Material Delivery log, Work Progress log for All the projects.
• Managing the contractual completion of various projects adhering to Contract condition& documents including BOQ, Specification& Approved drawings, Materials, MOS for each works to complete all the Project MEP installations completed with Testing & Commissioning approved by consultant & satisfy client with Training for operations & submit As built, Handing over Documents (O& M manuals & Warranty).
• Review & give feedback to GM for progress & payments request for any subcontractor works for the assigned projects & Approving their progress percentages & payment certifications.

• Responsible for the design and supervision of various MAZAYA projects in UAE.
• Leading the design team in preparation of Concept & Tender Design for Electrical system in Coordination with other construction elements ( Architectural & structural departments& Authorities), Preparing Concept & final Design calculations, specification, estimations for materials for all services including Electrical, Low current systems (Fire Alarm, Telephone & Data system, CCTV, Access control systems &Home Automation systems), also having good knowledge to lead coordination for services such as Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Drainage & HVAC following all local Authorities standards as well the International Codes and Standards.
• Co-ordination with the authorities of FEWA, DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, ADWEA, ETISALAT, UTT, & civil defense for obtaining design clarifications and getting approvals & NOC’s from these departments for various projects in Ajman, Dubai, Sharjah, & Abu Dhabi.
• Review material/equipment’s, technical submittals from MEP contractors for specification compliance.
• Review & Reply RFI’s, all MEP shop drawings material submittals & payment evaluation of all MEP works at site Coordinated to Mechanical engineer.
• Attending all site co-ordination meeting, and MEP coordination at site, inspect & sign off as consultant for all concealed MEP service, installation prior to closure of void /riser etc. in conjunction with QA/QC.
• Ensuring that services provisions clearance is provided in time for structure.
• Review of method statements from MEP contractor with respect to installation works and logistics for equipment positioning.
• Review & reply all contractor’s shop drawings, As-built drawings, Material submittals Method of statements, Variations, Claims etc. Close inspection for MEP contractor installation works.
