• Check and verify the Credit/Debit Notes issued by suppliers against goods returns; price changes etc. and post these in the ledgers.
• Check and verify all petty cash expenses of all departments and prepare reports for the purpose of internal control
• Carry out all banking liaison and transactions relating to cheques, drafts, cash, letters of Prepared for Target Chemicals
• Monitor the payment of salaries and allowances of national staff; ensure the timely payment of taxes, insurance and benefits, and ensure the maintenance of payroll records.
• Ensure that all staff settle advances and/or loans in line with established policy and procedures and that all accounts are settled at the time of termination of service.
• Prepare cheque and cash payments and ensure that all payments have adequate supporting documentation and authorization.
• Handle queries from service providers relating to payments and ensure supplier accounts are reconciled;
• Maintain the finance files and ensure that documents are filed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Exposure in the field of Audit, Accounts and Finance. • Professional qualification –Master in Commerce (M.Com.) • A result oriented professional with first class educational career. • Excellent written, communication, inter personal and problem solving skills. • Ability to work in multinational and multi-cultural environment
