Assist Admin Manager in Initiating Fund Request for timely payment to Venders, rental payment of official premises, Utility bills etc.
Provides information by answering Telephone calls.
Maintains supplies inventory (stationary & cleaning items) by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Ensures operation of Generator & Electrical Equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Petty cash management.
Supervising and making Shure the office premises is well maintained. Has a go to approach for any extra task assigned to him.
Formed community Support Committees/ Groups.
Participate in need assessment, Participatory Rural Appraisals, feasibility studies, stockholder analyses and community consultation;
Liaises with Governmental and non Governmental agencies.
Support the development of agreements and MOUs with Community Base Organizations or other civil society groups.
Mobilizes the community in the effective use of the community resources.

Arrange different type of activities, to mobilize people related to different walk of life (Sports tournaments for youth mobilization, NaatKhwani competition for Maddares students, Serat_u_ Nabi Conferences for mobilization of local Mulavies.
