Creating purchase orders

Work includes responding to queries related to equipment information and equipment rental rates of various clients from all over the world by preparing quotations for one of the largest fleet of equipment owned by the company, preparing correspondences like memos, letters etc related to various issues, preparing and checking of Time sheets received from different project sites for correctness & completeness, Co-ordinating with various departments of our company, site supervisors & clients regarding arrangements related to mobilization and demobilization of the equipment to & from various project sites, initiation of necessary action during different issues encountered, maintaining catalogues, specifications of various equipment, Maintaining required records of equipment on hire, Providing customer support & service to our clients related to equipment on hire.
Worked as a Technical Support Executive for a period of one year. Work included providing technical support to American clients using Internet services from American companies like Ameritech, Sprint MMO, Verizon East, Verizon North etc. Work included solving all technical issues encountered while using Internet service provided by the clients (ISP) to the customers. Required to work at night with excellent communication and call handling skills.
