Monthly sales of upto 4000 MT PM (3 - 3.5 Mn USD PM). HVA Sales from China for 1000 MT in Eastern Europe
& GCC. HVA products from Lamican for 400 MT in GCC. Exceeding sales 170% of targets in 2015. Increase of
profit by 8% & Sales from 200 mt/m to 300 mt for turkey over 2013 in HVA.
• Re-establishing sales channels in Egypt for speciality & Packaging and Kuwait & Bahrain for C2s sales upto 500
MTPM due to quality issues. Kuwait sales of WF Increased from 100 mt to 500 Mt. Introducing new channel
partners & penetration in Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait and Yemen markets with 15-20% price increase.
• Documented technical Studies for Coated, Folding box board with competition for Product presentations for
Brand Owners & New specialty product development.
Regional Sales Manager - West & South, Product / Brand Development :A BK Birla Group co, with Paper (turnover of over Rs. 2000 Cr/ over 3 billion USD), Textiles, tyres, cements etc. With Diversified paper raw material for manufacturing from Bagasse, Recycled, Virgin pulp, Tissues and Packaging Boards.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Leading & supervising the Team for distribution of paper & Boards across West & south Zone.
• Establishing new Packaging Product & Sales against strong competition of JK, ITC
• Branding through events, creating promotions & swatch books, Product Trials.
• Product Development for new packaging segments to capitalize machine capabilities with new markets.
• Strategizing for proper product positioning in Woodfree and channel sales
• Skill development through training new team (non paper) for Sales to develop new customers, segments.

• Establishing the business for new distribution, customers and products in west zone for packaging grades.
• Growth from zero to 2000 mt per month within a short span of 4 months from start of Board Production.
• Sales of 2000 mt PM within 4 months of Board Production in 2012.
• Leading team of West Zone for Packaging Board & Paper to Establish the business in customers like Parksons
Packaging, TCPL, Borkar, Manohar, Plus foods, sumangal etc with distributors Anupam, HC Shah, Multi Sales etc
and products in west zone for packaging grades.
• Delhi sales (12000 MT - 70 crores) i.e. 50% of total group Sales upto 2012. Coated sales increased by 170%.
• From loss making in February 09 to profit making.
• Reduced Stocks from 7.5 crores (75 Mln) to 2 crores (20 mln) by SKU, ABC Rationalising & Improving payment
performances with data analysis, System Improvement in sales, purchases, collection & manpower Evaluation.
• New segment & customer development for Calendars, Diaries & publishers with New trade.
• Sales of 35000 MTPA. Exceeding sales & collection by 7-8%. Exclusive sales 7200 mt annually for Playing card
segment with highest NSR as Product Manager
• Leading team in MP, Gujarat province along with Mumbai sales & Playing card segment.
